The Power of Questions

Ecosystems are powered by questions. What if? Why? How? And also by the questions partners, colleagues and even competitors are willing to pose of each other. Pia Lauritzen has dedicated her professional life to understanding and democratizing the power of questions.  Her work is built on the realization that the power of questions have been monopolized since the earliest days of human civilization.  This prevents people in companies and communities from developing together. Pia is joined by Hal Gregersen. Hal is a senior lecturer in leadership and innovation at MIT’s Sloan School of Management, a former executive director of the MIT Leadership Center, a fellow at Innosight, and a co-founder of the Innovator’s DNA consulting group. His most recent book is Questions Are the Answer: A Breakthrough Approach to Your Most Vexing Problems at Work and in Life. This session will enable you to better understand and utilize the power of questions to make ecosystems work.
