Hosted by Ecosystem Specialist Dr. Annika Steiber of Menlo College this session features globally renowned thought leader John Hagel outlining the importance of ecosystems as the new growth strategy.  It goes on to examine this in practice with the example of how the ecosystem pioneer Haier encourage companies in its group to fully understand ecosystems.  There is analysis of GE Appliances (GEA) which is now part of the Haier Group from Kevin Nolan, CEO of GEA, as well as Marshall Meyer, professor emeritus of the Wharton School.
