The ZeroDX Journey: From Idea to Practice to Community
We are delighted to publish a brand new white paper to mark the 9th RenDanHeYi Model Leading Forum and the second ZeroDX Awards in Beijing on 19 September. The ZeroDX Journey: From Idea to Practice to Community is now available to download free of charge.
The ZeroDX Journey maps out the evolution of our understanding and practice of customer service, and then the development of the concept of Zero Distance at Haier. It then identifies six central principles of Zero Distance: Openness, Learning From Customers, Minimal Hierarchy, Individual Responsibility, Ecosystem Thinking and Zero Boundaries.
Drawing on some of the inspirational work of organizations nominated for the ZeroDX Awards, The ZeroDX Journey looks at examples of best practice in each of the disciplines. It then goes on to present three more detailed case studies of Zero Distance concepts being put into practice at Gummy Industries and the VAR Group in Italy, and the ASA Group in San Marino.
The end result is an inspiring pot-pourri of best practice and inspirational ideas—and an invitation to move things forward by joining a ZeroDX Community based on sharing philosophies, approaches and achievements.
